When we photograph at schools, we also collect student images and related details (such as name, class and access keys) under agreement with the school.

We use your information to fulfil photo orders and deliveries, respond to enquiries, run photo days, produce yearbooks and related products, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Student images

Photography at schools is carried out under an agreement with each school and in line with the school’s own permissions and policies. Student images are used solely to supply photo products to families and the school, and are never used in our marketing without explicit written consent.

Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, and we retain it only for as long as it is needed for operational, legal and archival purposes.

Third parties

We share information with trusted service providers only where needed to deliver our services, for example payment processors, print and delivery partners, and form tools such as monday.com. These providers are required to handle your information securely.
