Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our online ordering system using the access key provided on your flyer. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Printed products are delivered to the school or to your nominated address depending on the option chosen at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Reprints, refunds and returns

If there is a quality issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will arrange a reprint or replacement. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Photography and copyright

All photographs are © Studio Kirby Pty Ltd. Purchased images are licensed for commercial use. Images may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

School photo days

Photography days are conducted under an agreement with each school. Participation and permissions are governed by the school’s own policies and consent processes.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website. Content is provided in good faith and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
